Sunday 22nd July Route

We’re at the height of whatever summer we’re going to get – here is a slightly longer route that has stunning scenary to take in along the Glenally Valley – miles up but it a good run for everyones fitness at this part of the year.

It will begin preparations for the Sperrin Challenge also for anyone planning doing this in a few weeks time

Take it steady on the couple of climbs, take at your own pace and enjoy the run!
