XMTB Spring league 2015

Sunday the 15th of February seen the first of 3 rounds of cross country mountain biking in Ormeau Park. The first Island Wheeler’s to compete were the under 8’s with just 2 riders Odhran Ferrity who finished 10th in the boys section and Aliyah Rafferty who took 1^st spot in the girls section.

Up next were the under 10’s boys and not for the first time Island Wheelers claimed all 3 podium places with Oisin Ferrity 1st, Adam Rafferty 2nd and Shane Scullion 3^rd. Daniel Scott finished well in the group. Credit to all the youth who represented the club.

On to the Adult A race were Sean Scullion finished 10th and John Scott and Cathal McGuigan finishing well in the group.
