Cycling for Fun, Health and Fitness

This Friday 5th February and every Friday see’s the start of our 10 week “Cycling for Fun, Health and Fitness” course as part of the grant the club recently received from Sports N.I. The course will run from 7-8pm in Gortgonis sports track where experienced cyclists in the club will teach basic bike handling skills with the intention of then moving on too road group cycling. This is open to everyone in the community and bikes will be made available. All kids must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the course.
