A Blustery Sunday run for the club

With each weekend arriving, we seem to be getting a different season. The past Sundays run was planned on a nice undulating circuit leaving Coalisland to Ballygawley, Aughnacloy, Caledon, Armagh, Loughgall and then home. The pace started swift and ended swift, but the wind certainly didn’t make cycling easy during the body of the cycle. Seeing posts from other cycling clubs on Facebook, we certainly weren’t the only ones riding into the wind seemingly all day!

But everyone seemed to enjoy the day and some were out to blow the cobwebs off from winter and successfully done so.

A good 55miles were cycled and all eyes now are looking towards the coming weekend, whether it’s to continue training on the Saturday and Sunday runs or for some of our guys, a bit of racing.
