RULES OF THE ROAD

Groups will be divided into two or more if there are big numbers. No more than 12 in any group. No exceptions.

Keep groups tight and do not attack hills so as to keep the group together.

These runs are leisure runs and not races.

Chieftain club kit must be worn at all times.

06 May – Benburb 32 miles
13 May – Lissan to Moneymore and home 35 miles
20 May – Loup 35 miles
27 May– Altmore to Donaghmore 35 miles
03 June – Caledon 35 miles
10 June – Pomeroy to Cookstown 35 miles
17 June – Richill 35 miles
24 June – Coagh to Drumullan 35 miles
