Below is the link for Sunday’s Run please try to keep a steady pace on Sunday as there will be members stepping up from their own training to join the runs from here on and they need to see that the Sunday Runs are there for everyone in the Club, they are not races.

Hopefully the tailwind will be there for the run home this week and the shop stop is in Middletown.
