The Clubs success in the racing scene continued yesterday( Sunday) with Alan McKeown taking a superb 2nd in the Derrymacash Road Race, this is another great result for the Club and with another couple of points will move Alan up to the A2 category I’m sure Alan will be trying hard to make this happen before the end of the season, Good Luck for the rest of your races. Peter Hughes and Paul Quinn were also at the race and were active throughout the race all day, Peter unfortunately was involved in a minor incident with 6 miles to go taking him out of contention and leaving him with a few cuts and bruises, we hope all is well this morning and that Peter will be at Annaghmore on Tuesday for the ICL. The lads received great support from James on the day and was very quickly on the scene of the crash to help Peter,.
