This should be a nice calm route to try out the new Sunday Run format but remember when the groups split keep the speed at the speed of the slowest rider, just because there’s a fast group it’s not a race we don’t want people spread over the road for miles. The shop stop can be Glaslough or Middletown decide on the morning.
