Winter Turbo Training.

Turbo Training starts next Wed 19th October in Gortgonis at 7pm sharp. Up to Christmas Mark Greenaway will be guiding everyone through this years programs which have been put together by Simon Williams of Richill. After Christmas the time will change to 8pm to allow Simon to take the Class as he may do weight training for cycling, it will depend on the class themselves.

These Classes will cost £3 each and it would be appreicated if those interested could contact Sheena as soon as possible to confirm places as we need a minimum of 10 at each Class to secure Simon’s very valuable training structure.
