New Club Kit 2013 – Fitting Night Info please read

The new club kit for the 2013 season onwards is being finalised and will be unveiled to all club members very soon.

Keep watching the website as we will be unveiling the kit piece by piece as it is finished as well as our new club sponsor.

FITTING NIGHTS INFORMATION

We will be holding two fitting nights in the coming weeks for all existing club members – it is of the utmost importance for you to attend either of these in order to get fitted and your order in for new club kit.

The club is offering a £50 off voucher to all existing members first kit order – this is in order to take some of the sting out of buying the new kit. Please note that this offer of £50 off the members first club kit order is applicable to only existing club members and also only for the first batch order made to the supplier.

So make sure to come along to either of the fitting nights below to try on the test size garments, make your order and sign it off.

Wednesday 19th September 2012 – 7pm

Wednesday 26th September 2012 – 7pm

Both fitting nights will take place in the Order of Malta hall, Coalisland (up the alleyway beside the St Vincent de Paul charity shop on barrack street)

On the night there will be demo kit for you to try on – for hygiene reasons please wear light shorts when trying on bib shorts etc.

We will be publishing on the website in the next few days, a pricelist of the most commonly ordered items so you will have an idea of the cost before arriving to fitting.

On the night after fitting, you will fill out a form for what you want, size and quantity – this will be totalled up, the £50 voucher deducted and there will be a balance due left. For balances up to £100 you will be expected to pay this on the night – for balances over £100 we ask for 50% on the night, the rest will be due once the kit arrives.

But where possible if people can pay the full balance, this will make paperwork alot easier for everyone and no delay in getting your new kit.

KIT TRANSITION FROM OLD TO NEW

The club values your support and we hope all members will pull together to make this kit transition as seamless as possible – we understand it is not financially easy purchasing new garments and that is why we are offering £50 per existing member towards their first order – we hope this will help each and every one of you.

We have secured a fantastic new sponsor for the following three year period and it is only fair to this sponsor that the club ensures all club members move to the new kit – other local clubs have successfully managed this transition and its fantastic to see all the club members supporting the move, and moving to the new kit without any problems – we hope our club can do the same.

So please everyone – support the club and sponsor and together we will looking fast and fit in 2013 onwards!
