• Groups will be divided into two or more if there are big numbers.
• Keep groups tight and do not attack hills so as to keep the group together.
• Lights may be required so please make sure you have good quality front and rear lights fitted.
• These runs are leisure runs and not races

15 May – Lissan to Moneymore and home 35 miles
22 May – Loup 35 miles
29 May – Altmore to Donaghmore 35 miles
5 June – Caledon 35 miles
12 June – Pomeroy to Cookstown 35 miles
19 June – Richill 35 miles
26 June – Coagh to Drumullan 35 miles
