Groups will be divided into two or more if there are big numbers.

Keep groups tight and do not attack hills so as to keep the group together.

These runs are leisure runs and not races

Chieftain club kit must be worn.

3 May – Benburb 32 miles
10 May – Lissan to Moneymore and home
24 May – Loup 35 miles
31 May – Altmore to Donaghmore 35 miles
7 June – Caledon 35 miles
14 June – Pomeroy to Cookstown 35 miles
21 June – Richill 35 miles
28 June – Coagh to Drumullan 35 miles
5 July – Cappagh/Galbally 35 miles
12 July – Mooretown 35 miles
19 July – Cookstown to Ardboe 35 miles
26 July – Stonebridge 35 miles
2 August – Rock 35 miles

16 August – Loughgall and no more shop stops
