100mile Training Ride this Sat in prep for Sligo trip

This Saturday Martin O’Donnell will be taking a group down around the Ring of Gullion on a 100miler training run – this is in preparation for the Sligo club trip later this month – will be a good opportunity to get miles in the legs.
