Access NI Forms

Could everyone please take a few minutes and complete an AccessNI form and leave it in with Sheena.  These are essential, a youth member will not be allowed to cycle if nobody in the group has one of these checks.  It’s free, doesn’t take long to complete.

You can obtain the form online or from Sheena.

1. Go to http://www.dojni.gov.uk/accessni
2. Click on Enhanced/Standard Applications
3. Either print the form and complete by hand in BLACK INK ONLY, or fill in online and save to your desktop for printing
4. You only need to complete pages 2,3 and 4.
5. In Section C1, page 2, click NO for applying for registration with ISA and move onto section D
6. Print the form off, sign and send it to Sheena
