Wheelers Tackle the Omagh Half Marathon

On Saturday 31^st March, three Wheelers left their bikes at home and put on their running shoes to compete in the Omagh Half Marathon.  Kieran Talbot, Gareth Donnolly, and Alan Green showed that they’re no slouch off the bike, with all three registering a new personal best.  Kieran clocked a fantastic time of 01:30:01, only just missing out on that elusive sub 1:30:00 time.   Gareth wasn’t far behind, and crossed the line with a great time of 01.33.30, beating his previous personal best that he had only set a week ago at the Larne Half Marathon!  It’s only a matter of time before these pair breaks that 1:30:00 barrier.  A special mention should be made to Alan Green who ran his first ever half marathon, clocking a time of 1:58:51.  Well done men!
