Sheena Completes Her First Triathlon!

Well done to Sheena O’Neill who completed her first triathlon on Saturday at the Roe Valley Sprint triathlon in Limavady.  The 750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run was made even more difficult thanks to the gale force winds and hail storms so well done Sheena on a great performance in only your first race, and in testing conditions.

Gareth Donnelly, Kieran Talbot, Roy and Dean Burnside were also competing in the race, with all four doing fantastic.  Gareth in particular put in a strong performance; finishing 17^th overall.  The four men are currently training hard for next month’s Ironman Austria, so keep up the good work lads, and look forward to hearing how you guys get on.
