Strive for Five Challenge.

Hi there,

we’re a group of diabetic cyclists from Moy in Co. Tyrone.

We’re organising a Coast 2 Coast cycle on the 28th September to show that cycling is a fantastic way to control the condition.
We hope to inspire other diabetics to take up the bike and Strive for Fives (5.5 glucose levels.)
We’ve set up a Facebook page where people can get more information about the ride and what we hope to achieve: www.facebook.com/striveforfives

Could you please inform any diabetics in your club as we’d love them to join us and no doubt they’d like to get involved.
There is no cost for any diabetics to take part ion the challenge.
