Youth Training – Windmill Wood, Dungannon

There will be a Wheelers youth training session this Saturday 13th October at the slightly earlier than usual time of 2pm at Windmill Wood, Dungannon. Please note, parents must accompany children. For more information please contact Cathal or Gary

Saturdays:
10am Club Run - Various distances, controlled pace, youth welcome. Meet at Corn Mill
10.30 Leisure Group - meet at Cornmill. Standard run of 30 – 35 miles, with a number of longer runs during summer season. Nice steady average, keeping the group together.

Sundays:
10am Club Run - 60 - 80 miles, all terrain, slightly higher average speed. Meet at Corn Mill

Wednesday Evenings:
Summer Wednesdays Cornmill, Coalisland at 6.30pm SHARP - Various distances through the summer. There will be a separate beginners run numbers permitting.
Winter Wednesdays Usually a turbo training class at Gortgonis sports hall - events calendar will be updated with times and dates

Newcomers and beginners
Newcomers and beginners are welcome at any of the club runs above, so please come along and join us. To get the most out of the runs you should already own a bike and be able to sustain a speed of 15mph for an hour.

NB Chieftain club kit must be worn at all times during club runs
