As is usual this time of year there is a need for two or three groups of varying abilities to be out on Sunday Run’s so we can involve new members and members from Mtb and Cyclo Cross who over the winter months would like to ride in a group environment to enhance their cycling skill’s.
From this Sunday there will be two or more groups numbers permitting so the Club will be able to cater for all abilities but it is very important than we get enough members out on Sunday to do this. So if you would like to improve your cycling skills and endurance make sure to be at the Cornmill in Coalisland at 10:00am Sharp. NB All riders are expected to have MUDGUARDS on their bikes for all Club Runs. Tail fin mudguards DO NOT COUNT.
This route is on good roads with a couple of hills but well within everyone capabilities and any member that is not used to riding for 50-60 miles can of course pull off at Caledon and go straight to Coalisland which should take about 10 mile of the route distance.
