This is a popular route up past Silver stream and cross-country to Keady. 58 Miles this week as it will be fine to start at 9:00am this week and every week from here on, it may still be cold first thing but there will be no frost I hope. One good hill on the route but the benefit of the tailwind on the way home will make it worth it.
