Anna Mc Kay (Square Wheels CC) will be running a 6 week pilates class tailored for cyclists.  Many cyclists, including Levi Leipheimer swear by pilates, especially those with back trouble so these classes could prove to be extremely beneficial   Contact Anna for more information, details below.
